1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jiliz website and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and all other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

jiliz reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with jiliz or use any of our gaming services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 Jurisdiction

jiliz operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is authorized to offer online gaming services exclusively to residents of the Philippines. You may not access or use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jiliz complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.

2.3 Account Creation

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account with jiliz. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses. You agree to provide accurate personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, address, email, and mobile number. jiliz reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documentation such as government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment verification.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify jiliz immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

jiliz accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), and cryptocurrency (USDT). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but are generally set at ₱100 PHP. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. You agree to use only payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. jiliz reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours; bank transfers may take 1-3 business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on account status and VIP tier. All withdrawals are subject to a verification process to prevent fraud and money laundering. You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least one (1) time before withdrawal eligibility is granted, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

3.3 Fees and Charges

jiliz does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Any such fees are the sole responsibility of the user.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jiliz offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x to 35x the bonus amount) before any winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting patterns, or any other fraudulent activity, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, account suspension, and potential legal action. jiliz reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion if abuse or violation of terms is suspected.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All users must engage in fair play and abide by the rules of each game. The use of bots, automated betting software, collusion, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited. jiliz employs advanced monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and fraudulent activity. Any suspected cheating will be investigated thoroughly, and offending accounts will be permanently banned.

5.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. jiliz does not manipulate game results. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and are subject to third-party audits.

5.3 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or account transactions, you must contact jiliz customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. jiliz will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a response within fourteen (14) business days. The decision of jiliz management regarding disputes is final and binding. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR for independent review.

6. Responsible Gaming

jiliz is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. Users who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to utilize these tools or contact support for assistance.

Self-exclusion can be requested for periods ranging from six (6) months to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, and any attempts to create new accounts will be denied. jiliz partners with recognized problem gambling support organizations in the Philippines and provides links to resources for players seeking help.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiliz Platform:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true location
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or system errors for financial gain
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff members
• Sharing account credentials or facilitating account access by third parties
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jiliz Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the property of jiliz or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, jiliz, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if jiliz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jiliz is not responsible for losses resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connection failures, unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

jiliz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, prolonged account inactivity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will immediately cease. jiliz will return any remaining balance in your account (excluding forfeited bonuses or winnings obtained through violation of terms) via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending investigations or verification procedures.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the jiliz Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. jiliz complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard user data.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through jiliz's internal customer support channels. If resolution cannot be achieved, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation. Only after exhausting these avenues may formal legal action be pursued.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
